Known to many as one of the country’s most prestigious fashion-centric events, the annual Vodacom Durban July attracts thousands of people to Greyville Racecourse in Durban. Much like the Met Gala in the US, every Durban July is centred on a theme, and this year it’s ‘Stars of Africa’. There are almost no rules – the more ostentatious, the better! ‘I would describe my personal style as classic. I always choose pieces that are comfortable and versatile. Being in public relations, I need to look good at all times – at meetings during the day and at events that I host and attend by night. I draw inspiration from style icons such as P.
