• Excess applies to each claim and this excess increases with each claim made.
• In addition to the excess, a 30% penalty fee on the replacement value of the insured cellphone will be charged when a claim is made within the first ninety (90) days of enrolling for a new Cellphone Insurance Plan.
• Covers your cellphone against theft, accidental damage or accidental loss.
• Covers the insured cellphone for repair or replacement with a phone of similar value.
• For continued insurance cover, please ensure that your account is paid in full on a monthly basis.
• Premiums for your insurance products are collected via payment on your retail account.
• Damage excludes owner carelessness.
