You know that heart-stopping moment when you suddenly realise you have no idea where your cellphone is, or when it drops into water or perhaps the worst, when your screen cracks: it's awful, isn't it? Our cellphones are extensions of our limbs, so losing or damaging them hurts, and is an inconvenience nobody needs.

With Edgars Cellphone Insurance, you can rest easy knowing that your cellphone is covered against theft, loss or accidental damage, and will be repaired or replaced with a handset of similar value. Now you won't have to worry about missing that trending topic or viral meme that everyone’s talking about!

Choose an option that suits you:

• Excess applies to each claim and this excess increases with each claim made.
• In addition to the excess, a 30% penalty fee on the replacement value of the insured cellphone will be charged when a claim is made within the first ninety (90) days of enrolling for a new Cellphone Insurance Plan.
• Covers your cellphone against theft, accidental damage or accidental loss.
• Covers the insured cellphone for repair or replacement with a phone of similar value.
• For continued insurance cover, please ensure that your account is paid in full on a monthly basis.
• Premiums for your insurance products are collected via payment on your retail account.
• Damage excludes owner carelessness.

This list is only a summary highlighting some of the policy conditions and exclusions. The full conditions and exclusions will be sent to you within thirty (30) days of enrolment.
